Refund policy

We want every SUPER ME order to arrive exactly as it should.

Eligible unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Products must remain in their original condition and packaging.

Books and other products excluded from the statutory return right are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@super-me.org with your order details and, where helpful, photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
